Training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d)

Warehouse logistics specialists perform a wide range of tasks in a company. The main tasks include the receipt of goods, the correct storage and the organization of internal transfers. Goods are recorded with the help of EDP-supported warehousing systems. The various EDP programs facilitate and accelerate the recording of goods and their inspection for completeness. The handling of EDP programs is therefore also part of the daily work of warehouse clerks.
The incoming goods must be checked for defects and damage. If defects are discovered in the goods, they must be forwarded immediately. In addition, warehouse clerks monitor and coordinate the dispatch of the goods.

Your tasks

• Loading and unloading of trucks, delivery vans and containers
• Receiving goods and quality control
• Storage of goods
• Sorting and packing work
• Completion and checking of goods documentation
• Control of stock levels
• Participation in inventory and clean-up work in the warehouse
• Operating forklift and pallet truck
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse
