Whether in intralogistics, production or other predominantly automated supply chains, efficient process control is virtually impossible without consistent object identification, or can only be achieved at great expense. Barcode labels must therefore neither be lost nor damaged, and must also guarantee a permanently high-contrast print image. PMG OnMould barcode labels meet all labelling requirements in terms of robustness, durability, weather resistance and machine readability. An optional integrated tamper-proof feature also ensures a high level of protection against counterfeiting, especially for high-value products.

PMG OnMould barcode labels are designed precisely for these requirements. The labels are made of durable PET material with a washable, UV-resistant coating. This high-quality surface ensures permanently high-contrast prints and allows for customised design with barcodes, serial numbers, symbols or logos – ideal for long-lasting labelling under demanding conditions.

The underside is coated with a permanently adhesive hybrid adhesive. This guarantees that the label will remain securely attached to various surfaces such as glass, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) or ABS – even on high- and low-energy materials.

The temperature resistance of PMG's OnMould barcode labels ranges from -40 °C to +130 °C, meaning they can be used in deep-freeze applications as well as in high-temperature washing and drying processes or other thermally demanding environments.
