The PMG RFID FlagTag offers a high-performance solution for RFID labelling in demanding applications. Whether metal, glass or products containing liquids - wherever conventional RFID labels reach their limits, the PMG RFID FlagTag ensures stable and secure signal transmission.
Why PMG RFID FlagTag?
The special feature is the flag-like design: the RFID antenna is not attached directly to the product, but stands off to the side. This indirect positioning prevents signal interference from conductive or absorbent materials and ensures reliable readability - even in difficult environmental conditions.
The white, adhesive-free upper side of the RFID area enables clean, residue-free printing and facilitates handling. At the same time, the highly transparent adhesive area remains visually discreet without obscuring information or design elements on the product - ideal for packaging or branded surfaces.
The PMG RFID FlagTag is particularly suitable for
bulk detection, for example for
stacked products, narrow shelving systems or storage boxes. The laterally protruding antenna remains easy to read even when products are close together or on top of each other - a decisive factor in
automated warehouse management or smart cabinets.
The PMG RFID FlagTag is available in two standard sizes (Size S and Size L) and can be used universally on all materials - from plastic and cardboard to critical applications such as metal or glass.

The PMG FlagTag
The label is available both blank for
self-printing and coding (compatible with TTR and RFID printers) and
pre-printed and coded. On request, the label can be individually designed and finished with a high-quality 4c print, e.g. with a logo or colour coding, or serialised.
Thanks to its delivery on a transparent PET carrier, it can be processed easily and efficiently like a classic self-adhesive label.
The PMG RFID FlagTag remains reliable even under extreme conditions: With a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, it is ideal for applications in cold chains, production environments or outdoors.
