PMG NFC onMould RFID-Tag

The PMG NFC onMould RFID Tag is a specially developed self-adhesive NFC label for the permanent identification and tracking of plastic objects in industrial applications. Thanks to its specialised material combination and high-performance adhesive, the tag is particularly suitable for challenging, low-surface-energy plastic surfaces such as PP, PE and HDPE.

This enables reliable and long-lasting identification of containers, pallets, storage locations and other assets.

The integrated NFC-chip with a frequency of 13.56 MHz enables fast, contactless identification and supports companies in digitising logistics, production and asset management processes.

Developed for Challenging Plastic Surfaces

Plastic surfaces such as PP, PE and HDPE pose particular challenges for labelling solutions. Due to their low surface energy, conventional labels often fail to provide reliable long-term adhesion.


The PMG NFC onMould RFID Tag was specifically developed for these demanding plastic substrates. A high-performance permanent adhesive ensures a secure bond and reliable long-term identification, even in demanding industrial applications.


Its robust construction, consisting of high-performance films and a polyester base material, is protected by a transparent, scratch- and wipe-resistant laminate. This keeps the printed information permanently legible and protects it against external influences such as UV radiation, moisture, cleaning processes and chemicals.
