PMG Multi Surface Label
Permanent labeling solution
Barcode labels for the most difficult surfaces
Glassine labels with special rubber adhesive offer excellent adhesive properties
With the PMG Multi Surface Label, PMG has developed a labeling solution for curved and irregular surfaces as well as rough substrates. Typical applications include barcode labeling on automotive tires, metal, stone, or wood. The labels are made of highly compressed glassine paper with high tear resistance and resistance to dirt, chemical residues, and other production and environmental influences.
Best printing and adhesion properties guaranteed
As supercalendered glassine paper, Glassine has optimally coatable surfaces. This allows high-contrast, durable barcodes to be printed on the top side. On the underside, PMG Multi Surface Labels are coated with a permanently adhesive, rubber-based special adhesive that guarantees excellent adhesive properties within the specified operating temperature range of –20 °C to +70 °C – ideal for uneven and unstructured surfaces, for both indoor and outdoor use.
Seawater resistant and suitable
for contact with food
This makes them suitable for labelling hazardous material containers and sea and air freight containers, for example.
They also comply with the Foodstuffs Directive 1935/2004, Article 3-1 (a) on materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. This means that PMG Multi Surface Labels can also be used in numerous food applications.
